You'll take ownership of a key territory covering from Surf Coast to Craigieburn, driving growth across Asahi's Away From Home Channel Petrol & Convenience. In this role, you'll strengthen existing partnerships, maintain compliance and visibility across our leading beverage portfolio, and ensure our brands are performing in market every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts across the Away From Home - P&C channel, ensuring call cycles and sales plans are executed effectively
- Conduct regular weekly customer visits across a structured territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key stakeholders to support brand activation and visibility
- Execute promotional plans, monitor competitor activity, and identify local growth opportunities
- Partner with internal teams including NAMs/KAMs, Category, and Marketing to deliver results in line with commercial objectives
- Represent Asahi's iconic portfolio of alcoholic and non-alcoholic brands with pride and professionalism
About You
- Highly organised with strong time management and planning skills
- Confident communicator who builds genuine relationships with customers
- Results-focused with a passion for sales, service, and executional excellence
- Previous FMCG, retail, or convenience sales experience advantageous but not essential
- A proactive learner who thrives in a structured environment
- Valid driver's licence and full Australian working rights required
