Grade 2 Radiographer Permanent role Part-time - 48 hours per fortnight Located at Sandringham Hospital The Department Sandringham Radiology offers a state of the art Radiology service, to the community of Sandringham and surrounding suburbs. We provide a comprehensive range of medical diagnostic services - General x-ray, CT, Fluoroscopy, Theatre and Ultrasound - including limited interventional techniques. The Role We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Radiographer, with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you would be responsible for providing the best possible examinations ensuring patient comfort, welfare and safety; within the supportive environment of our community hospital. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, to provide imaging services for our Emergency department, inpatients and outpatients. General Radiography skills are essential, and further training will be provided in Fluoroscopy. CT training may be provided to candidates with prior experience. The role includes working day, evening and weekend shifts. Qualifications & Experience Required General registration as Diagnostic radiographer with MRPBA (AHPRA) Victorian Radiation Use Licence Working with Children Check Evidence of CPD in line with registration requirements The benefits!
