Your Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping and elevating our brand across key industry sectors. As Marketing and Communications Lead, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, developing high-impact B2B marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen our market presence and showcase the business to clients, industry and the wider community.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence how the brand is represented across digital channels, major industry events, business materials, internal communications, community partnerships and high-profile bid presentations. If you're a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into engaging, high-quality outcomes, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact and play a key part in our continued growth.

Location: Perth, CBD - New Office

Your Key Responsibilities

* Website Ownership: Create and maintain corporate website content.

* Social Media: Curate and execute impactful social media content (primarily LinkedIn) to showcase the Primero brand, capabilities, project delivery, community partnerships and industry events.

* Develop and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.

* Plan, coordinate, and deliver targeted marketing campaigns that support business development and recruitment and retention objectives, using analytics tools to report on performance and optimise results.

* Lead end-to-end planning and execution for major industry conferences and exhibitions for Primero and MET (where relevant).

* Produce high-quality written and visual content, including capability statements, newsletters, announcements, internal communications, project case studies, and presentations.

What You 'Can Do'

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related discipline.

* 7+ years experience in a similar marketing communications role.

* Experience in mining, resources or industrial sectors.

* Deep understanding of marketing principles and social media management.

* Demonstrated experience developing and implementing marketing communications programs and activities.

* Experience in digital marketing including websites and social media platforms.

* Eperience in the management of third-party design, web development and print vendors.

* Experience in major event planning and execution (e.g. conferences and exhibitions).

* Strong working knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe InDesign.

* Exceptional verbal communication and writing skills.

* Ability to create engaging content.

* Strong project management skills.
