ThePrincipalConsultant - Advisory is a strategic leader within Altis, specialising in delivering high-impact advisory services that drive business transformation through data science and AI solutions. You use your unique blend of technicalexpertisein data science, consulting acumen, and emotional intelligence, enabling you to guide clients in navigating complex challenges and achieving their businessobjectives.

• Advise clients on aligning business goals with data and AI solutions, fostering long-term relationships.

• Use data scienceand AIto create tailoreddata & AIsolutions.

• Lead the creation of impactful business solutions that address client needs and enhance performance.

• Work independentlyand advise the client, ensuring alignment with theirobjectives.

• Build andmaintaindata solutionsthat drive business insights.

• Present complex technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Lead medium to large projects, ensuringtimelydelivery and adherence toobjectives.

• Stay informed on industry trends and technologies to enhance advisory& AIpractices.

• Conduct quality reviews to ensurehigh standardsin project deliverables.

• Participate in developing proposals that align with client needs and drive organisational growth.

• Help enhance advisory& AIframeworks and service offerings.

• Engage in initiatives that promote thought leadership and continuous learning.

• Build client relationships and support business development efforts.

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring effective control and risk management.

• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth.

The Knowledge You Bring:

• Extensive experience in consulting, specifically focusing on data and AI applications.

• Experience delivering data & AI solutionsforthe Customer/Marketing/Digital and Financefunctions

• Proven ability to solve complex problems with innovative, practical solutions.

• High emotional intelligence, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public speaking

• Tertiary qualification in an IT-related field or relevant work experience.

• 10+ years of broad IT experience, particularly in Data & Analytics.

• 10+ years of experience delivering data and analytics projects.

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing environment.
