Overview
Ready to Create Experiences That Drive Commerce?
At Mars United Commerce, we believe the best experiences don't just create excitement, they influence behaviour, drive purchase and deliver real business growth.
As part of our Content & Experiences team, you'll help bring some of Australia's biggest brands to life through activations, retail experiences, sampling campaigns and events, while working alongside experts in strategy, retail, content, analytics and digital commerce. It's the best of both worlds: the energy of experiential marketing backed by the scale, capability and career opportunities of a global commerce agency.
We're looking for a Junior Activation Producer who is eager to learn, loves bringing ideas to life and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with experienced Producers and Executive Producers, you'll play a key role in delivering standout campaigns from concept to execution, gaining exposure to every stage of the journey along the way.
One day you could be helping plan a national sampling campaign. The next, you might be sourcing suppliers for a major retail activation, working with clients to solve challenges, or on-site bringing a brand experience to life. No two days are ever the same.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of experiential, retail and shopper marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
- Assisting with project timelines, budgets, schedules and production plans to keep projects on track
- Bringing creative ideas to the table and helping turn concepts into memorable experiences
- Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a day-to-day point of contact throughout project delivery
- Collaborating with Producers, Executive Producers, creatives and strategists to deliver seamless campaign outcomes
- Sourcing, briefing and managing suppliers, venues, contractors and production partners
- Coordinating logistics, materials and campaign assets across multiple projects
- Rolling up your sleeves on-site to help deliver world-class activations and events
- Supporting post-campaign reporting, evaluation and budget reconciliation
- Helping ensure every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in ticking every box and more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, curiosity and passion for creating great work.
You'll ideally bring:
- 1-3 years' experience in experiential marketing, events, activations, project coordination or production
- A genuine passion for brands, experiences and bringing ideas to life
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Great communication skills and confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt in a fast-moving environment
- A desire to learn, grow and build a long-term career in the industry
