We transform waste into resources and renewable energy. When you start to think of waste as a resource, it opens a world of possibilities.

Join us and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together!

The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for a safety professional, within one of Australia's largest industrial organisations, who enjoys variety and exposure to a broad portfolio of operations rather than supporting a single facility.

In this multi-state role (internally titled Health and Safety Business Partner) you will take ownership of health and safety partnering across a diverse portfolio of operational sites throughout South Australia and the Northern Territory.

You will influence safety performance and provide practical support across transport, logistics and industrial environments.

  • Partner with operational leaders across South Australia and the Northern Territory to improve safety performance and risk management outcomes.
  • Build safety capability to identify risks, strengthen controls and improve safety performance through coaching, advice and governance support.
  • Deliver health and safety programs, audits, incident response activities and operational initiatives
  • Maintain a visible field presence through regular site engagement, building trusted relationships with leaders and frontline teams.

About You

You are a practical and influential safety professional seeking broader geographic scope, autonomy and exposure across a large national organisation.

  • Experience in a Health & Safety Advisor, Safety Business Partner, Safety Specialist or similar operational safety role.
  • Experience supporting transport, logistics, waste, manufacturing, mining, construction, infrastructure or similarly complex operational environments.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent qualification
  • Able to demonstrate influencing leaders and frontline teams to drive positive safety outcomes.
  • Periodic travel to Northern Territory operations (approximately 3-4 days every six weeks)
