The Opportunity
At Cleanaway, our Commercial Business Partners improve business performance by partnering with operational leaders to turn commercial insight into measurable outcomes. This role helps deliver EBIT improvement, stronger decision-making and sustainable profit growth across the region.
Partner with Regional Managers and operational leaders to improve profitability through commercial insight and disciplined execution
Lead transformation and profit improvement initiatives that improve productivity, simplify processes and reduce costs
Develop business cases, financial models and benefit tracking frameworks that support investment and improvement decisions
Drive month-end performance reviews, budgeting and forecasting processes across allocated regions
Analyse value drivers including labour productivity, fleet utilisation, customer profitability and branch EBIT performance
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders, influencing decisions through data and delivering measurable business outcomes. You are comfortable translating financial information into practical actions and thrive in a continuous improvement environment.
Required
CA or CPA qualification
Degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or equivalent
Experience in commercial finance, business partnering or strategy within a large, complex organisation
Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and business case development
Ability to influence senior operational stakeholders and communicate complex financial information clearly
