This role is about more than closing deals. It's about listening to customers, understanding their challenges, and building solutions that help their businesses grow. You'll be the connector between small and medium enterprises and the global supply chain, ensuring every engagement tells a story of trust, reliability, and shared success.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth: Own, monitor, and lead all sales activities, nurturing prospects through the pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals.
• Collaborate closely: Align with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams to ensure competitive and strategic decisions.
• Know the market: Monitor competition, gather marketplace intelligence, and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
• Champion customers: Report feedback, support resolutions, and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with CCL colleagues.
• Keep records precise: Maintain and update customer information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Engage and retain: Focus on satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high-quality service delivery.
• Stay flexible: Undertake additional tasks as required by management and ensure readiness for customer needs.

Requirements

• Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably in international freight forwarding
• Decision-making and analytical problem-solving capabilities
• Basic understanding of financial principles and commercial decision-making
• Strong collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset
• Expertise in customer management, ensuring engagement and satisfaction throughout the lifecycle
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Highly customer-oriented mindset, focused on delivering solutions that meet evolving needs
• Openness to change and continuous improvement
