As an HSE Advisor, you'll join a major utility-scale BESS project in Victoria, partnering with frontline crews, supervisors and project leaders to drive a strong safety culture and support the safe delivery of civil, electrical, high-voltage and commissioning activities.

About the role
This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on supporting frontline teams, coaching safe behaviours, building a strong safety culture and ensuring consistent application of the HSE Management System.
Key responsibilities
Provide hands-on, daytoday HSE support across site activities.
Support prestarts, toolbox talks and onsite safety conversations.
Conduct regular site walks, inspections and safety interactions.
Assist with incident reporting, investigations and followup actions.
Manage HSE documentation, reporting and compliance with UGL's HSE Management System.

About you
Experience as an HSE Advisor in renewable energy construction projects.
Comfortable FIFO/DIDO working on a roster basis.
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent.
Ability to work autonomously while remaining highly team focused.
Strong site presence and practical approach to compliance.
