About the opportunity: Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Flexibility: A vibrant, collaborative culture with 4 days in the office and flexibility built in Location: Based in North Sydney (or South Melbourne) We are seeking a dedicated and proactive CRM data and analytics Manager to join our Revenue & Growth team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement and Product Operations, this role holds overall responsibility for lifting oOh!media's CRM data governance maturity by ensuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM data is accurate, structured, reportable, and ready to support workflow automation, sales reporting, and future AI/Copilot capabilities. In this role, you will embody the oOh! Way by driving operational governance of CRM data quality, account hierarchy, duplicate management, and reporting definitions, while building key data visualization dashboards in Power BI. What you'll be doing: CRM Data Quality Governance: Own data standards, field usage, mandatory data requirements, exception handling, and ongoing cleansing across Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dataverse. Account Hierarchy & Duplicate Management: Lead parent/corporate parent structures, customer and agency relationships, ownership logic, duplicate detection, and complex bulk data matching. Reporting Definitions & Dataflows: Define and govern reporting definitions so pipeline, opportunity, account, and activity data are interpreted consistently. Maintain dataflows with Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Finance reporting feeds. Data Visualisation & AI Readiness: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Views, and automated workflows while preparing Dataverse structures for Copilot and AI-enabled toolings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Enablement, Sales, Finance, Enterprise Technology, and external partners to assess data impacts for new fields, forms, and system releases. What you'll bring: Experience & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in CRM data management, data governance, reporting, business analytics, or sales operations. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. Technical Aptitude: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. Hands-on experience with SQL queries, Excel, and developing Power BI dashboards using CRM and external data inputs. Governance & Problem Solving: Proven track record in improving data quality, managing duplicate records, and defining reporting standards. Exceptional attention to detail and strong root-cause analysis skills. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to document data standards, process guidance, and governance decisions in a business-friendly way.
