About the role
As the P&C Officer-WHS you will be responsible for undertaking administrative activities with a strong focus on providing support to the Safety & insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general assistance across the PC&P team, including WHS program coordination, injury management, safety audits and seamless support during peak workloads.
- Maintain accurate WHS records, registers, and documentation in line with Council policies and legislation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely delivery of WHS services.
- Coordinate WHS Committee meetings and support training, campaigns, and communications.
- Support the broader WHS team with reporting requirements and collecting data to enable accurate and timely reporting, as required.
- Ensure data accuracy across HR and WHS systems, manage documentation workflows, process invoices, and contribute to policy development and procedural reviews

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $82,692 to $91,067 plus 12% superannuation.

About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience using business database applications such as WHS or HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- High computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, with experience in managing online reporting portals and maintaining data accuracy.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively while adapting to changing priorities and workload demands.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, using initiative and versatility to resolve support-related challenges.
To be considered for this role, you must meet the essential requirements in the Position Description, including the bellow Qualification:
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and/or experience in a comparable role.
