The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced automotive professional that is looking to advance and grow their career as a Collision Repair Estimator. If you are in a similar automotive parts, assembly, repairs, or mechanical and looking for a change of pace or a change from being on the tools, your industry experience has led you right here. What We're Looking For Experience in the automotive repair industry - repairs, refinishing, assembly, mechanical, or dismantling Good literacy skills with the ability to follow documented repair methods Solid computer skills and professional written communication Ability to work to timeframes while motivating and supporting the production team Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player Full Australian work rights required What You'll Do Assessing and estimating vehicle repair costs accurately and efficiently Working with the production team to deliver quality outcomes within timeframes Communicating professionally with customers and suppliers via email and in person Following documented repair methods and processes Maintaining safety as a priority for yourself, your colleagues, and your customers Why make the SMART Move?
