Working across our Aged Care services, you will have the opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, kindness and commitment to person-centred care to a community that values your contribution. Your role may include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualised care, supporting residents and patients with complex health and wellbeing needs, administering medications and providing clinical interventions within your scope of practice, working collaboratively with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Care Staff, Residents, Families, Carers and promoting dignity, independence and choice.
