As a recognised leader in the healthcare industry, we deliver a comprehensive range of public health services across the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Regions.

NBMLHD Community Mental Health offers a range of specialised services for children, young people, families and older people, through our community-based services and health centers. Our multidisciplinary health professionals and case managers take a collaborative approach to mental health care by linking with their patients to work together and consult within an environment appropriate to the person's need.

Make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families by joining the Got It! (Getting on Track in Time) team. This is an opportunity to join a multidisciplinary team delivering the Got It! (Getting on Track in Time) program, a school-based mental health early intervention service supporting children in Kindergarten to Year 2 who display disruptive behaviours and emerging conduct disorders.

The program focuses on strengthening the social and emotional wellbeing of children, families and school communities to help prevent future mental health challenges, improve educational outcomes, and promote positive family relationships. As a clinician, you will deliver evidence-based social and emotional learning groups for children, facilitate parenting programs, and work closely with families to support positive behavioral and emotional development.

If you're passionate about early intervention, strong partnerships, and creating positive outcomes for children, we encourage you to apply.
