Nepean Hospital is looking for passionate and dedicated Enrolled Nurses to join our Respiratory team in a Permanent Full-time or Part-time role. Respiratory Nursing offers the opportunity to develop a broad range of clinical skills whilst caring for patients with complex and acute respiratory conditions. You'll work alongside Registered Nurses, Multidisciplinary teams and Medical staff. This role will see you have the opportunity to strengthen your clinical knowledge, develop your respiratory Nursing skills and make a meaningful difference to patients and their families, with opportunities to build your knowledge and confidence.

What you will bring to the role
- Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute nursing.
- Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services.
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening and night shifts 7 days rotating rosters.
