At CPM, we highly value our clients and pride ourselves in exceptional service. As an Operational Account Manager, you will use your exceptional communication skills to build and maintain relationships across a portfolio of clients, to understand our client's needs and take operational ownership of client relationships, working with our stakeholders to build on these relationships and enhance the global reputation of Computershare.

Some other key responsibilities:

  • Own overall operational responsibility of a client portfolio
  • Ensure client requests are monitored and prioritised correctly including monitoring service levels and client satisfaction
  • Be an SME for clients, plans, product and process, in-depth technical understanding of the system processes
  • Form first level of escalation for client and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with Senior Management on the operational health of the client portfolio
  • Host and lead regular client meetings to review service/project delivery status and event planning
  • Lead and drive process improvement initiatives.

What will you bring to the role?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
  • Previous experience in customer service/relationship management
  • Ability to build detailed understanding of assigned clients
  • Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Solution oriented with an attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and meet multiple deadlines within a fast paced, high pressure environment to consistently meet the needs of the business and our clients
  • Ability to develop technical skills
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
