SEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our civil infrastructure development division. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across the North Gold Coast and South Logan regions, including subdivisions, urban land development, road infrastructure, remediation, slope stabilisation and broader civil infrastructure projects.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role responsible for managing, or assisting with the management of, day-to-day site activities to achieve safe, effective and cost-efficient project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams, employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, approved programs and relevant standards.

SEE Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our civil infrastructure development division. This is a full-time, permanent position supporting a diverse portfolio of projects across the North Gold Coast and South Logan regions, including subdivisions, urban land development, road infrastructure, remediation, slope stabilisation and broader civil infrastructure projects.
This is a diverse and fast-paced role responsible for managing, or assisting with the management of, day-to-day site activities to achieve safe, effective and cost-efficient project outcomes. You will work closely with project teams, employees, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure construction activities are delivered in accordance with project requirements, approved programs and relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee daily site activities in accordance with the construction program, making adjustments as required.
- Support the delivery of subdivision, urban land development, retirement living, road infrastructure, remediation, slope stabilisation and other civil infrastructure projects.
- Ensure project activities comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, standards, specifications and company requirements.
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials required for project delivery.
- Monitor site progress, productivity, quality and resource requirements to support project milestones and cost-effective outcomes.
- Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with health, safety, environment and quality requirements.
- Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff regarding technical and complex issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify risks, delays and potential issues, implementing practical solutions in consultation with the project team.
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure safe working conditions are maintained across the site.
- Demonstrated background in construction, civil infrastructure, site supervision and project delivery.
- Experience across one or more of the following areas: subdivision, urban land development, retirement living, road infrastructure, remediation, slope stabilisation or civil construction.
- Proven management, coordination and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding of construction programs, site operations and project delivery processes.
- Highly effective planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and influence employees, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Construction White Card and relevant site-based qualifications or experience.
