Be the first point of contact for our patients and referrers at our Mount WaverleyNationalContact Centre.In this vital role, you'll deliver exceptional service by managing high-volume inbound calls as well as outbound calls and digital interactions while providing accurate, compassionate guidance to our customers and collaborating closely with team leaders and clinic healthcare staff. Our contact centre operates within a highly regulated healthcare environment, with clear processes, performance measures and regular quality monitoring to support consistent and safe patient outcomes.

Dutiesand responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound/outboundcalls as well as digital interactions promptly and professionally
  • Provideaccurateinformation, scheduleappointmentsand update records
  • Handle patient andreferrerenquiries with empathy
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed
  • Maintain customer service quality and meet daily KPIs

Skills & Experience

  • Strong verbal communication and empathy
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Detail-oriented with focus on compliance, quality and KPIs
  • Proficient computers skills across multiple systems including but not limited to Genesys telephony, outlook, teams and CRM software
  • Enthusiastic learner: previous call centre experience preferred but notrequired
