The role supports the Supervisor in coordinating resource allocation and schedule planning while managing team business processes to achieve operational objectives. The position ensures compliance with relevant legislation, customer codes of practice, and licensing requirements, helping the team meet its performance and accountability targets. Who are we? What you can expect with this role Coordinating resource planning, work schedules, travel logistics, and leave management to ensure meter reading and meter replacement programs meet service and performance targets. Analysing operational and performance data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support continuous improvement, reader development, engagement, and retention strategies. Building strong relationships with recruitment providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure workforce needs are met and service expectations are clearly understood. Developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs, resources, and performance improvement initiatives to support employee capability and operational effectiveness. Managing operational resources including vehicles, tools, equipment, uniforms, PPE, customer complaints, and stakeholder enquiries to maintain efficient service delivery. Ensuring compliance with safety, legislative, regulatory, and corporate requirements through monitoring, inspections, incident management, and continuous improvement of processes and systems. Your skills and experience For this role, we are looking for great talent with: Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, coordinate resources, and support the efficient delivery of metering services. Advanced Excel reporting skills, with experience analysing performance data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support operational decision-making and continuous improvement. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management capabilities, combined with a sound understanding of regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements.
