Internal Opportunity: Hospitality Operations Manager 12-month Contract

We're excited to announce an internal opportunity for a Hospitality Operations Manager within our Brand Experience - Ventures team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role overseeing multiple hospitality venues, driving commercial performance, customer experience, team capability and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing venue management teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer experience outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, HR and Leadership.
• Deliver venue activations and brand experiences that engage consumers and communities.
• Ensure operational excellence, compliance and safety standards are maintained.

About You

• Passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong people leader with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and business performance.
• Excellent communicator who can build strong relationships across a broad stakeholder group.
• Experience in multi-site operations or hospitality management will be highly regarded.
