Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. What you'll bring: 10+ years' experience in warehousing and logistics, with strong operational knowledge, ideally within FMCG and with experience in a wholesale environment. Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams, while fostering accountability and a results-driven culture. Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to improve quality, productivity and cost control. Strong health and safety mindset, with a good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and risk management. Current LF forklift licence with demonstrated high-reach forklift experience is required. At Toby's, we're more than just coffee - we're a community. You'll join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and quality. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and 'recharge leave' - five additional days each year to allow you to rest, reset, and refuel. And of course, you'll enjoy the perks of coffee on tap and beans to take home, keeping you connected to the craft we're passionate about. Ready to be part of something special?
