Ally Fashion has been styling Australia for 25 fabulous years – and we’re just getting started! With trend-driven collections, a fast-paced vibe, and a passion for people, we’re looking for a Receptionist who’s ready to bring the energy, own the front desk, and be the heartbeat of our Head Office.
Who You Are:
You’re a natural communicator with a warm personality and professional presence. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping things organised, and know how to juggle tasks without breaking a sweat. Whether it’s welcoming guests, handling calls, or supporting our Head Office team – you do it all with a smile.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the front desk – welcoming guests and being the face of Ally HQ
- Managing calls and emails with efficiency and care
- Assisting the team with admin support and day-to-day operations
- Keeping the office vibe upbeat, organised, and running smoothly
- Supporting internal teams with bookings, supplies, and coordination
- Assisting with centre marketing and company events
- Booking flights, travel and accommodation for senior leaders
- Stocking the kitchen daily and organising supplies as needed
What You’ll Bring:

- Not essential but previous admin or reception experience is a bonus
