Prepare and produce evacuation plans and diagrams using AutoCAD or similar software. Review existing floor plans, drawings, and site information to create accurate evacuation diagrams. Update and amend existing evacuation plans as required. Ensure plans contain the required emergency and evacuation information. Maintain consistency, accuracy, and presentation standards across all plans. Manage plan revisions and maintain accurate electronic records. Work closely with the Plans Coordinator to manage priorities and completion timeframes. Identify missing or unclear information and follow up internally before plans are finalised. Assist with improving templates and processes to increase drafting efficiency.
