About the role Zinfra is seeking an experienced Community and Social Performance Manager to join our project delivery team supporting the C2C Project. Based in Gladstone with regular travel throughout the project corridor, this role will lead the implementation of social performance, local industry, workforce participation and Indigenous participation commitments throughout project delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional who can translate complex stakeholder and client requirements into practical, measurable outcomes that benefit local communities. Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the delivery, governance, monitoring and reporting of the project's: Social Performance Management Plan (SPMP) Local Industry Participation Plan (LIPP) Local Workforce Participation Plan (LWPP) Indigenous Participation Plan (IPP) You will serve as the primary interface with Powerlink's social performance and participation teams while providing leadership across community engagement, local content, workforce development and Indigenous participation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and governance of the SPMP, LIPP, LWPP and IPP Coordinate monthly reporting, KPI tracking and compliance activities Manage stakeholder and client relationships relating to social performance outcomes Oversee complaints management and community benefit initiatives Coordinate subcontractor reporting and participation data collection Facilitate governance forums, action tracking and director-level reporting Lead and support the Local Project Engagement Officer and broader project stakeholders About You You will bring: Extensive experience in social performance, community engagement, Indigenous participation or local content management Experience working on major infrastructure, energy, resources or transport projects Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills Demonstrated experience managing reporting frameworks, governance processes and compliance obligations Experience working with local industry, workforce participation and Indigenous procurement programs Exceptional communication, influencing and organisational skills Experience supporting Powerlink, major utilities, resources or large-scale infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
