The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced retail sales assistant to join us when we open Lorna Jane’s very first store in Bowral. Nestled in the wine country of the Southern Highlands, it’s an exclusive, uncommercialised market with a genuine appreciation for quality.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring some retail experience and know what it takes to create great customer experiences while hitting your targets. What matters most to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in helping our customers. This is a casual position, so flexibility is key. This role may include shifts across all seven days and peak sale periods.
About The Role
- Deliver personalised styling and service that leaves every customer feeling confident
- Build genuine relationships with customers, using strong product knowledge to guide and upsell
- Contribute to sales performance and help your store hit its KPIs and targets
- Support visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation standards
- Bring energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every shift
