An established private speech pathology practice in Sydney's beachside Eastern Suburbs is opening up a Thursday-Friday clinical role for a Speech Pathologist who wants meaningful, well-supported clinical work - without sacrificing the days that matter for family, study, another role, or your own business.

The practice Over 20 years established. NDIS-registered. A tight, PROMPT-trained clinical team of experienced Speech Pathologists who genuinely like each other. Warm, values-led leadership. Long-standing referrer network - meaning your two days will be full, engaging clinical days, not empty diaries waiting to be filled.

The work You choose the caseload lean that fits your interests - paediatric, adult, or a genuine mix. Clients across early language, articulation, literacy, stuttering, PROMPT, social communication, adult acquired (post-stroke/TBI), and accent modification. Mostly one-on-one in-clinic, with optional telehealth if you want it. NDIS, private and Medicare CDM referrals.

The location A beachside pocket of Sydney's Eastern Suburbs with coastal walks, a proper cafe culture, and a genuine community feel. Easy public transport, off-CBD commute, and lifestyle in walking distance of the clinic door.

What you'll bring

• Speech Pathology degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• Current SPA membership / CPSP status
• A minimum of 5 years of experience
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Full Australian working rights
