Restaurant Reservations Coordinator Shell House & The International | Sydney CBD | Casual About the Role We're on the hunt for a warm, organised and positive Reservations Coordinator to join the team behind two of Sydney's most-loved venues, Shell House and The International. You'll be the friendly voice guests hear first, and a key part of how we deliver exceptional dining experiences from the very first phone call. Working closely with our Reservations & Group Bookings Manager, you'll help keep our booking system running smoothly and make sure every guest feels looked after before they've even walked through the door. What You'll Be Doing Managing reservations and enquiries across both venues via phone and OpenTable Coordinating group bookings and special requests with care and attention to detail Working closely with our Reservations & Group Bookings Manager to keep things running seamlessly Being a helpful, professional first point of contact for our guests Solving problems on the fly with a positive, solutions-focused approach Assisting with booking reports for each venue What We're Looking For Previous experience in a similar reservations or guest-service role within hospitality Hands-on experience using OpenTable is preferred (or similar booking system) A polished phone manner and confident, clear communication skills A can-do attitude and a knack for problem-solving under pressure Someone reliable, personable and genuinely happy to be part of a team The Details Location: Office-based role in Sydney CBD Hours: Casual, set shifts Thursday: 11:00am - 6:30pm Friday: 12:00pm - 7:00pm Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm Start: Immediate start available Future: Opportunity to turn this into a permanent part-time or Full-time position Why Join Us You'll be joining a supportive, friendly team behind two award-winning Sydney venues, working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something new.
