We are looking for our next HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team and partner with leaders and employees across our Australian & New Zealand Adhesive Technologies and Functions divisions. What youll do
- Provide HR generalist and business partnering support, advising leaders and managers across employee relations, policies, procedures and people management.
- Partner with leadership teams on organisational design, workforce planning and capability development to support current and future business needs.
- Drive and support HR projects and initiatives across organisational development, governance, engagement, culture, leadership development and training.
- Lead and support talent management activities, including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, development plans and annual remuneration reviews.
- Provide expert guidance across employee and industrial relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, restructures, redundancies, union negotiations and award interpretation.
- Coach and mentor managers to build people leadership capability, strengthen employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture aligned with Henkel's values.
- Support the implementation of local, regional and global HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, local legislation and organisational needs.
- Provide payroll governance and back-up support across Australia and New Zealand, including payroll reviews, process compliance and system approvals.
