The role
Reporting to the Care Manager, you’ll provide high-quality clinical nursing care to residents while playing an important leadership role within the care team. You will:

  • Deliver exceptional clinical care in line with best-practice nursing standards
  • Take the lead on shift, providing coaching, supervision and guidance to our personal care team
  • Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
  • Support a positive, safe and inclusive environment for residents and colleagues
  • Apply your clinical judgement and expertise to identify and respond to changing resident needs
  • Follow clinical, safety and organisational policies and procedures

What you’ll bring:

We’re looking for an RN who combines strong clinical capability with genuine warmth and compassion. You’ll ideally have:

  • Current AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
  • 2+ years’ nursing experience, ideally including aged care
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
  • Strong clinical knowledge of ageing and age-related health conditions
  • The confidence to coach, mentor and support care staff
  • Strong communication, conflict-resolution and emotional-intelligence skills
  • A positive, collaborative approach and competent IT skills
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
