Our Depot Operations Team Leaders are an integral part of the Depot Leadership Team.You willlead and mentor a team of approximately eighty bus operators to continue to transform our business into a world class operation. You will be the mainpoint of contact for Bus Operators tolead, monitorand guide onissues such as leave,legislation,rosteringand development opportunities, ensuringcustomer service and safety standards aremaintainedto the highest levels. Your leadership and connection skills will be critical as you work in close partnership with other depot staff, bus operators,TransLinkand the Depot Managerto develop a high performing and successful team.
