At the City of Casey, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused Organisational Development Officer to join our Culture Team and help bring meaningful employee experiences to life.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Professional OR an emerging HR professional who is looking to launch or grow their career in People & Culture. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of culture, wellbeing, recognition and employee experience initiatives while building strong foundations in project coordination, stakeholder engagement and organisational development.
Working closely with the Culture Team, you'll provide centralised support to employees, leaders and external partners, helping deliver programs and initiatives that strengthen Casey's culture and make a positive impact across the organisation.
You'll help deliver engaging employee experiences, coordinate organisation-wide events, manage systems and processes, and provide responsive support to stakeholders at all levels. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll balance competing priorities, manage fluctuating workloads and ensure critical activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to initiatives that support employee wellbeing, engagement, recognition and belonging while continuously improving the systems and processes that help our people and organisation thrive.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a coordination, administration, HR or People & Culture support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and competing demands.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to provide responsive and professional customer service to a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience coordinating events, projects or organisational initiatives.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with systems and digital platforms, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development or a related field (desirable).
Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check, Psychometric Testing, Functional Assessment (Medical/physio) delete what is not applicable
