Your Impact

We're looking for the next Brew Planner to join the team at Yatala. In this role, you'll take longer-term supply plans and turn them into executable brewing and cellaring schedules that ensure the right liquid is available to support our packaging plan.

Working closely with Brewers, Packaging, Quality and Supply Planning teams, you'll play a key role in balancing demand, operational capability and inventory requirements while adapting to changing site priorities. This is an autonomous role where you'll have the opportunity to influence decisions, solve problems and make a direct impact on brewery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage brewing and cellaring schedules to support production and packaging requirements.
  • Partner with Brewing Operations to ensure plans are achievable and aligned with site priorities.
  • Adjust plans in response to production performance, demand changes and operational constraints.
  • Manage brewing raw material inventory, purchasing activities and stock levels.
  • Develop yeast and cleaning plans to support brewing operations.
  • Complete SAP inventory transactions and support excise and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across Brewing, Packaging, Quality and Supply Planning to deliver the production plan.

About You

You're someone who enjoys understanding how all the moving parts fit together and can confidently make decisions based on changing priorities and operational requirements.

  • Brewing, production, operations or planning experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of brewery operations and production processes beneficial.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make sound decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working autonomously while remaining highly collaborative.
  • Confident communicating and building relationships across operational and planning teams.
  • Experience using SAP, ERP systems or planning tools would be advantageous.
