Gemstone Joinery is seeking a reliable, handson team member who values teamwork, takes pride in handling highvalue cabinetry, and is comfortable travelling across South East Queensland for deliveries. About Us Gemstone Joinery is the exclusive cabinetry supplier to GemLife, one of Australia's fastestgrowing luxury lifestyle resort developers. With GemLife delivering 40+ homes per month, our workload is consistent and secure - no quoting, no gaps, just ongoing, highquality work. About the Role Based in Molendinar, you'll start early Monday to Friday (no weekends required). You'll regularly travel to sites including the Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba - always with a second person in the truck to share the workload. Key Responsibilities Collect kitchens and cabinetry from our cabinetmaking facility Transport and deliver cabinetry to construction sites across SEQ Load and unload items with care to prevent damage Complete general warehouse and labouring duties Communicate with warehouse, factory, and onsite teams to coordinate deliveries Perform prestart vehicle checks and report any issues Assist with basic onsite placement if required (no installation work) Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations What You'll Bring Current Australian driver's licence Experience in removals, delivery driving, warehousing, or similar roles Physically fit and capable of handling heavy cabinetry safely Strong attention to detail when handling custom or delicate goods Good communication and timemanagement skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently White Card (Construction Induction) preferred but not essential What We Offer Stable, fulltime permanent employment Competitive hourly rate + super Early starts and early finishes for better worklife balance Supportive team environment with structured handover and training Uniforms and safety gear provided Overtime opportunities available If you're looking for a secure role with great hours, steady work, and a company that values its people, we'd love to hear from you.
