Your Role The Senior Manager Communications and Wellbeing is responsible for shaping how Flybuys informs, connects and engages its workforce during periods of growth, transformation and change. The role leads the enterprise internal communications, employee experience and wellbeing agenda, ensuring team members are aligned to organisational priorities, connected to Flybuys' culture and equipped to navigate change with confidence. Acting as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, the role develops consistent communication and engagement strategies that strengthen organisational alignment, build leadership capability, foster belonging and support business performance. Through strategic storytelling and meaningful team member experiences, this role helps create a culture where people understand how their work contributes to Flybuys' success. Key areas of accountability: Lead Flybuys' enterprise-wide internal communications strategy, ensuring clear, consistent and impactful messaging across the business. Partner with executives and senior leaders as a trusted advisor on communications, engagement and organisational priorities. Drive communication strategies for business transformation, change initiatives and key organisational milestones. Oversee communication channels, governance and effectiveness to maximise employee engagement and alignment. Shape and deliver the employee wellbeing strategy, fostering a culture of inclusion, belonging and connection. Enhance the end-to-end team member experience, including employer brand and key moments across the employee lifecycle. Lead enterprise events, leadership forums and team connection initiatives that strengthen culture and engagement. Develop compelling storytelling, narratives and campaigns that bring Flybuys' strategy and values to life. Lead and develop a high-performing Communications and Wellbeing team, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Manage function budgets, supplier partnerships and operational governance while identifying opportunities to improve communication and employee experience outcomes. Your Experience: 10+ years' experience in internal communications, employee engagement, organisational development, change management or a related field. Proven success leading enterprise-wide communication, engagement and change initiatives. Experience partnering with executives and senior leaders to provide strategic advice and influence outcomes. Strong track record of leading business transformation communications and navigating complex organisational change. Demonstrated people leadership experience, with the ability to build, coach and develop high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. Relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Change Management or a related discipline. Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen and stakeholder management capability. Skilled in driving outcomes through data-informed decision making, prioritisation and execution.
