About the Role As a Casual Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and creating meaningful connections with our customers. You will play an important role in achieving store goals while representing one of the world's most recognised luxury brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves fashion and luxury products, and enjoys building relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional and personalised customer experience. Build genuine customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs. Confidently recommend products and styling solutions tailored to customer needs. Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining luxury presentation standards. Support stock replenishment, inventory management, and operational tasks. Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive store environment. Uphold Coach brand values and operational standards. About You Has previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a customer-facing role. Is passionate about fashion, luxury retail, and delivering outstanding service. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoys building rapport and creating memorable customer experiences. Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
