To continue the success we are hiring for a National Account Executive – QSR, B2B, and Retail Channels who will be responsible for executing PepsiCo’s "Always, Everywhere" strategy by driving profitable growth and growing new consumption occasions within the Away From Home (AFH) channel. This role ensures the successful delivery of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), focusing on Gross Sales Value (GSV) and Net Revenue (NR) across key national customers.


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead QSR channel strategy and key customer relationships, driving profitable sales growth, market penetration, and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute channel-specific business plans aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), identifying new growth opportunities across Retail, B2B, and QSR segments.
  • Own commercial negotiations, promotional planning, and execution strategies to maximize revenue, brand presence, and return on investment.
  • Analyze performance, lead business reviews, manage forecasts, and implement corrective actions to achieve sales, profitability, and market share targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver seamless execution, optimize investments, and enhance customer performance.

Qualifications

About you:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, time management, and project management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and sales analytics tools.
  • FMCG experience preferred; degree qualification desirable.
