YOUR IMPACT
Shape the quality experience of tank beer across your region by partnering closely with venues and key customers to uphold high standards of beer quality and dispense performance. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you assess venue quality outcomes, deliver practical training, and provide trusted technical guidance that helps customers consistently serve quality tank beer. Working across internal and external stakeholder groups, you will influence capability, resolve quality challenges, and strengthen knowledge through a proactive, relationship-led approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong customer partnerships across tank beer venues, driving quality standards through proactive assessments and ongoing engagement.
- Conduct quality audits and assessments using Salesforce tools, identifying improvement opportunities and communicating outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver training sessions that strengthen venue staff capability and support consistent tank beer quality standards.
- Execute journey plan commitments and complete all required call activities accurately, on time, and to prescribed standards.
- Guide internal and external stakeholders through draught technical and quality issues by providing technical advice, troubleshooting support, coaching and knowledge sharing.
ABOUT YOU
- You bring a technical or trade background, ideally within beverage dispense systems or a related field.
- You possess strong knowledge of beer and beverage dispense systems, allowing you to confidently discuss quality and technical topics.
- Experience executing face-to-face training effectively, translating technical information into practical learning outcomes.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate clearly across different audiences.
- You work autonomously, adapt to changing priorities, and manage competing demands while maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols.
