The opportunity
Our modern 100-place service is centrally located near beautiful parklands just ten minutes from the main town centre. The service has built a strong community reputation, with glowing testimonials from families and excellent online reviews. Natural outdoor play spaces, equal in size to our indoor areas, encourage children to explore and connect with nature. The philosophy centres on child-led learning, fostering empowerment and meaningful partnerships with families and the community.
This role isn't just about management; it's about creating a supportive environment where children and educators can flourish. You'll have the autonomy to shape the centre's culture while receiving strong head-office support in recruitment, finance and compliance, freeing you to focus on families and quality teaching.
