Apply Job no: BKHCQ Build the future of HR service-delivery at Adbri This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead Adbri's HR shared services function at enterprise scale. As Manager - P&C Services, you will lead the design, establishment and ongoing delivery of a modern people services model that improves employee and leader experience, strengthens governance and controls, and delivers efficient, consistent and scalable support across the employee lifecycle. Leading a team, you will play a pivotal role in building the roadmap, structure, processes and capability required to stand up the function over a minimum three-year horizon. This is a genuine build-and-lead role with the opportunity to create the foundations of a service model designed to support Adbri during a period of extended operations growth in Australia. Working across the full People & Culture model, you will partner closely with leaders across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Industrial Relations, Corporate Functions, and Talent and Organisational Capability centres of expertise to create clear service ownership, effective hand-offs and high-quality end-to-end delivery. What you'll be responsible for lead the establishment and ongoing leadership of Adbri's HR shared services function; develop and deliver a multi-year roadmap covering operating model design, service maturity, service transition and continuous improvement; define the service catalogue, service standards, governance, controls, workflows and performance measures for core HR services; lead the transition of agreed HR activities into shared services, ensuring clarity of roles, strong stakeholder alignment and continuity of service; oversee high-quality service delivery across employee lifecycle administration, people systems, workforce management support, reporting and records; drive improvements in process standardisation, employee and leader experience, self-service, automation and service performance; own the effective administration and optimisation of Dayforce and related people systems, including workflow, data integrity and reporting; and build, lead and develop an engaged, high-performing team with the capability to support future growth. What you'll bring significant experience in HR shared services, HR operations, people services or a comparable service-delivery leadership role; proven success designing, building, transforming or scaling shared services or service delivery models; strong capability across HR processes, systems, data, reporting, governance and continuous improvement; experience leading teams through change while maintaining service quality and stakeholder confidence; the ability to work effectively across multiple interfaces, including Payroll, Technology, business leaders and People & Culture specialist teams; and a practical, commercially minded and improvement-focused leadership style.
