Your Team

Join the Enterprise Delivery PMO team and help deliver strategic programs and projects that drive meaningful outcomes across CFS. Working closely with stakeholders across technology, delivery, change and business teams, you'll contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experiences, improve business performance and support organisational transformation, all within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Mandatory:

  • Experience in a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) or Enterprise PMO supporting complex change initiatives.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of project delivery frameworks, governance, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools across project management and PMO activities to improve delivery efficiency, insight generation, reporting quality and decision support.

  • Strong judgement, accuracy and quality control.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial management capability.

  • Experience using project management, reporting and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Power BI.

Desirable:

  • Confidence adopting new automation, digital and AI capabilities.

  • Understanding of Lean Portfolio Management principles and practices.

  • PM certifications (PMP, Prince2, SAFe Agile, PMI-SP or similar).

  • Continuous improvement mindset and exposure to Lean or Agile ways of working.

  • Manage project and portfolio finances, including budgets, forecasts, accruals and financial reporting.

  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances and provide insights to support decision-making.

  • Prepare accurate and timely reporting for projects, programs and portfolios.

  • Analyse delivery data to identify trends, risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.

  • Maintain high-quality project data, registers, logs and reporting artefacts.

  • Support governance processes, audits, stage-gate reviews and change control activities.

  • Facilitate the effective management of risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
