About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Factory Hand to join our Operations team at our Upper Swan - WA manufacturing site. This is a handson casual role suited to someone with experience in production, packing or warehousing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate basic packing, sealing, printing and checking equipment

• Prepare and stage packaging materials

• Complete quality checks and production records

• Palletise, wrap and label finished goods for dispatch

• Follow all WHS and site safety requirements

• Support line changeovers, rework and general factory duties

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, packing or warehousing

• Strong safety awareness and manual handling knowledge

• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions

• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player

• A forklift license highly regarded (or willingness to obtain)
