Job Description

Monday to Friday | Residentially Based Role in Wickham

Take your administration skills to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in the delivery of one of Australia's largest property management contracts. The portfolio of properties is for a single client, an Australian Mining giant!

This is a permanent, full-time position on a 5:2 roster 38 hours per week.

Our property team are supportive and encouraging, hardworking and results oriented. We strive for continuous improvement, finding innovative and efficient ways to best serve our client and customers, and working with our peers to deliver outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Support both the Property Managers and Housing Manager
  • Coordinate the Property Management centralized email correspondence
  • Document control and tenant database management/input and filing
  • Short term transit accommodation management, including bookings, correspondence, arranging cleaning etc
  • Maintain the property key register
  • Point of contact/reception customer queries
  • Assist property management with the raising of service requests and follow up of maintenance activities with the building maintenance department
  • Word processing of reports and documents
  • Other administrative tasks as directed

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in property administration
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Organized, with attention to detail
