What does the job look like?
Linfox Intermodal have an opportunity for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join our high-performing team in Regency Park, South Australia. In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in keeping freight moving safely and efficiently across our national network.
Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and containers, supporting daily warehouse operations, and contributing to a strong safety-first culture.
This is a casual day shift opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm, with overtime opportunities available. Key areas:
- Operate counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks and shipping containers
- Safely move and store freight within the warehouse environment
- Complete loading and unloading activities accurately and efficiently
- Participate in manual handling and general warehouse duties as required
- Follow all safety procedures, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements and operational standards
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
Are you the one?
- Current LF High Risk Work Licence
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating counterbalance forklifts
- Previous experience loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
- Experience within the transport, warehousing or logistics industry
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
