Our modern practice is home to a welcoming and patient-focused team who are passionate about providing high-quality care and creating a positive experience for every patient. As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be an important part of the patient journey and the first friendly face patients see when they contact or visit the practice. From answering enquiries and managing appointments to welcoming patients and supporting the team, you'll help ensure every patient feels comfortable, valued and well looked after from their first interaction through to treatment completion. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints. Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification. Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations. Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.
