We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Growth Specialist to lead the execution of highimpact campaigns, tactical initiatives, and leadgeneration programs across our NSW/ACT retirement living portfolio. You’ll collaborate with our Sales, Village Operations, and Marketing teams to drive standout results.

This role blends datadriven decisionmaking with handson campaign and event management, multichannel communications, and engaging digital content creation, all aimed at accelerating growth and elevating our customer experience.

The successful candidate will join a driven, collaborative team and use their communication strengths to elevate campaigns and confidently engage diverse stakeholders.

Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Growth, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute lead generation action plans for focus villages in collaboration with Sales and Village teams to drive visitor traffic, generate qualified leads and support property reservations.
  • Develop, execute and optimise integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across multiple channels to increase brand visibility, generate quality leads and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyse and transform performance data and market insights into momentum, generating sharp insights, smarter execution plans and powerful postcampaign reporting that showcases real performance and ROI.
  • Drive the delivery of village events, activations and promotions that enhance brand visibility and drive enquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including external agencies and suppliers to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Assist in managing supplier contracts, purchase orders, approvals, invoices and campaign/event budgets to ensure seamless financial processes and smooth operational delivery.

Please note: The successful candidate will be required to travel to sites across their portfolio as needed.

About you:

Your passion for developing innovative marketing strategies will see you succeed in this role, as will:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in a fastpaced marketing environment, with proven strength in data analysis, integrated marketing communications and standout content creation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence, collaborate and deliver across multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Strong account and project management capability, paired with a proactive, handson approach and a positive, solutionsfocused mindset.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, plus proficiency with key digital tools, platforms and performance analytics.
  • Ability to translate market and customer insights into sharp marketing strategies and highimpact campaign plans.
  • Comfort working autonomously while collaborating seamlessly with interstate teams, local sales teams and village managers, juggling multiple deadlines with ease.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and exceptional timemanagement skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks in a busy campaign calendar.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence is essential for this role, as travel to sites across NSW and the ACT will be required.
