Australia: Mission Home Attendance (Adelaide)
The Mission Department is seeking a capable and service-oriented individual to assist with meal preparation and domestic duties at the Adelaide Mission Home. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals for the Mission President's family, missionaries, and visitors, while also helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organised home environment.
This is a casual role of up to 20 hours per week, reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager in Adelaide. Flexibility is essential, particularly during busy transfer periods and when supporting missionary meetings and special events.
Experience in cooking, catering, hospitality, or a similar role is highly desirable
Experience in domestic care is preferred
Good communication skills
Flexibility with work schedules
Exceptional organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Ability to work unsupervised
Proof of legal right to work in Australia
A police background check may be required

Duties are varied and typically include:
Planning, preparing, and serving wholesome meals for the Mission President's family, missionaries, and visitors
Assisting with catering requirements for missionary meetings, training events, conferences, and special gatherings
Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Mission Home
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of kitchens, dining areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and other living spaces
Performing household duties such as laundry, linen changes, dusting, waste removal, and general housekeeping
Ensuring all assigned duties are completed efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner
