For more about what we do, please head to www.gemlife.com.au About the Role Hands-on role working across landscaping construction and site maintenance, including: Tree and shrub planting Soft & hard landscaping General garden maintenance (pruning, hedging, mulching, irrigation, lawns) Site clean-up and upkeep of outdoor areas Small excavator operation (if licensed) About You 2+ years landscaping experience (construction or commercial preferred) White Card & driver's licence Strong work ethic and team mindset Motivated, reliable, and safety-focused Operating tickets advantageous but not essential What We Offer Above award pay + overtime + weekly pay Ongoing work with a strong pipeline Monday to Friday 6:30am - 2:30pm shifts Great team culture and career progression opportunities Potential for permanent employment Proudly Great Place to Work Certified If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of something bigger - apply now!
