We're looking for an eCommerce Trading & Merchandising Specialist to join our growing Digital team and take ownership of the online trading performance of our Performance Lifestyle & Apparel categories. You'll work across online category strategy, digital merchandising, promotions, product experience, and customer optimisation, influencing how customers discover, shop, and engage with one of Australia's leading sports retailers. What You'll Be Doing Drive online category performance by analysing trading results and identifying opportunities to improve sales, conversion, and customer experience. Deliver insightful reporting across category, customer, product, and geographic performance, translating data into actionable recommendations that drive growth. Manage online pricing, promotions, and product merchandising activities, ensuring campaigns and content are executed accurately and effectively. Optimise the digital customer journey through search, navigation, taxonomy, SEO, content presentation, personalisation, and conversion-focused testing. Collaborate closely with Merchandise teams, Digital Product Owners, Marketing, and external trade partners to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience. What You'll Bring This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded eCommerce professional who thrives on turning data into action. Ideally you will bring; Previous experience in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, online retail, or a similar commercial digital role. Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting trading performance and providing actionable business recommendations. Experience working with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, or similar. Advanced Excel skills and a passion for leveraging data, AI tools, and technology to improve efficiency and outcomes.
