About the Role
Royal Prince Alfred is the principal teaching hospital of the University of Sydney and offers speciality services from its main campus as well as from Institute of Rheumatology and Orthopaedics, Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and Dame Edith Walker Hospitals. RPAH is one of Australia's leading hospitals, providing an extensive range of diagnostic and treatment services. Its specialities include cardiology, obstetrics and gynaecology, cancer, respiratory medicine, neurology, liver and kidney transplants.
Work within a multi-faceted healthcare setting, providing professional security services that support the safety and wellbeing of patients, staff, visitors, and assets across SLHD facilities. The role involves building positive relationships with clinical teams, patients, and families while taking a proactive approach to identifying risks, preventing incidents, and promoting a secure environment.

Ideal Candidate
- Holds a current Senior First Aid Certificate and a current NSW driver licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).
- Licenced according to the Security Industry Act 1997 - Class 1A.
- Ability to perform 12 hour shift work on a 24/7 rotating roster across the facilities within the District.
