Overview:
The Clinical Application Analyst - Pharmacy is accountable for providing high level advice and expertise into the planning, design, build, implementation and operationalisation of electronic medication management and Pharmacy functionality in the Clinical Information Systems (CIS) Content. The incumbent will have detailed knowledge of the Pharmacy and electronic medication management domain which will inform the functional and operational requirements for CIS applications. The Clinical Application Analyst - Pharmacy will drive the timely delivery of assigned work in line with agreed practices and identify opportunities for improved efficiencies based on improved information management capabilities presented by CIS application.

Criminal History Screening Requirement
- A 'National Police Certificate' NPC (also known as a 'Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check' NCCHC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment).
Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact).
SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
Special Condition
- A tertiary qualification in Pharmacy and current registration as a pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is required for this position.
